   Um, no, you missed the point. You aren’t supposed to look like that, nor is anyone else. The whole thing is a *fantasy*. You’re not supposed to be able to fly or have bullets bounce off your chest either. The “powers” are all fantasy: extreme beauty is just another superpower. That’s even why such big boobs defy gravity, yaknow?

   I thought everyone knew that the female characters were just made for guys. Look at the majority of hardcore gamers, all guys. There are only a few hardcore games that females should play, like World of Warcraft. BTW Peggy I thought I saw you on WoW the other day and you were playing a skinny Night Elf, not an overweight Orc… hmm

   The comic/gaming world is so male slanted it’s ridiculous, although being a male I’ve never really minded all that much. Also, to be fair, check out any male superhero comic - unless they are some formless energy beast, those guys are all ripped with six-pack abs. I mean, who wants to play a game when your character is an over-the-hill auto-body guy with a beer gut?

   Sure there is the by males, for males slant, but did you ever consider that female leads are usually portrayed as very strong, and independent. It seems family friendly Nintendo is one of the few developers left having you to saving helpless princesses (a shame to since Zelda should be a strong willed character yet in recent games she has played a somewhat helpless role.)

   That list reminded me how some of the best characters in gaming are female, Jade from Beyond good and Evil, Samus has always been no nonsense badass, though i have always been against the whole “zero suit” thing, Alyx from Half life, all the females from MGS can surely kick my ass. Almost every male lead is just as fake physically, though usually more one dimensional on terms of personality.

   Also, Zander, Samus would win assuming she had her power suit, no question.

   I think Laura Croft would win in a battle with the girl in the blue. And if that girl’s name is Samus as AJ posted, I don’t see her wearing her “power suit.” A couple of shots from Laura’s guns and that girl is gone…

   And who is Zander? He seems like a cool character-

   I guess it depends what “girl-in-blue-spandex” (GIBS) is carrying, if she’s had military/spy training, etc. Otherwise, our opinions are solely based on what GIBS looks like. Doesn’t seem fair.

    Lets just look at the arsenal of the two competitors. Lara Croft, ok Ill give her two nifty guns with say five others up her sleeves. Now lets look at Samus, Lay mines, cannon on the arm, screening visor on her head, rockets, flamethrower, and of course she can roll up into a ball. I wonder who wins that battle.
